We’re sending you to the front lines. Charged with dealing with creators, you’ll have the ultimate excuse to watch YouTube and Twitch on a daily basis. You’ll watch content creators play videogames and forge devious plans to make them play what you want them to (mostly by being nice to them and offering a fair compensation).

Safe from scrutiny of the public eye, you’ll be working on games that are not even out yet. It will be your job to come up with ingenious concepts that will go on to become award winning marketing campaigns, for which your superiors will take full credit.

At Black Soup, we’re strong advocates of mushroom management (don’t google it), meaning we support your growth and personal development every step of the way. That said, we won’t always be there to hold your hand, so as our new recruit we need you to take full responsibility and act proactively. Ultimately, we expect you to surpass your masters and help us shape the future of Black Soup.

You master the ability to read and write in English, along with French as your mother tongue. Other tongues are a plus.
You have a potentially worrisome addiction to social media.
You don't know what a TV is and rather spend your time watching YouTube or Twitch.
You have a deep desire to understand the inner workings of the creator industry.
You don’t need your mom to get things done, though you love her deeply.
You handle problems like a boss and with flawless communication.
You are ambitious and you don’t shy away from any task.
You are based in Berlin.
