As Senior Content Producer, you will…
Help the Production Director with long-range planning for project resources, headcount, and delivery cadence to support sustained live service development.
Leverage your deep understanding of live service game dynamics to identify and advocate for features that drive player engagement, retention, and monetization.
Use business intelligence and player data to support strategy and planning decisions and post-launch feature evaluation.
Partner with discipline leads to ensure the game meets the highest quality standards in both player experience and technical execution.
Collaborate with discipline leads to create realistic schedules, milestone plans, and feature roadmaps that balance ambition with predictability and high-quality output.
Define and manage feature sprints in coordination with leads; track progress, ensure clarity of scope, and adjust priorities based on team feedback and development needs.
Identify and remove development roadblocks, ensure cross-team alignment, and drive features to completion on time and within scope.
Provide clear and timely updates to the Production Director and studio leadership on project health, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
Help define and maintain efficient development pipelines; working with department leads to evolve workflows that scale with project needs.
Mentor other producers and support staff; provide growth opportunities, performance feedback, and strategic guidance.

Qualifications
What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
You bring 10+ years of production experience in AAA game development, with a strong emphasis on live service or online games
You’ve helped shape long-term production strategy and guiding live service teams through multi-year roadmaps
You know how to interpret player and product data to drive smart, informed decisions.
You consistently deliver on schedules, track milestones, and ensure feature delivery across large, multi-disciplinary teams.
You are an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset
You’ve successfully produced high quality results with distributed and international development teams
You are fluent with modern production and project management tools
You possess deep knowledge of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends in online and live service games

You have previous experience as a Senior Producer on a AAA multiplayer or live service product

Salary Range
Senior Content Producer - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $170,000 per year.
ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
