About the role
You will be primarily responsible for handling the development team on a project and supporting its development throughout its journey.
Your responsibilities include building timelines, supervising the general development and delivery of the project within the set time frame and the expected level of quality. You will also need to lead and coordinate the relationship with external collaborators.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of the development process, with the aim of producing high-quality games on multiple platforms. Responsibilities may include handling multiple projects simultaneously and will be focus on technical projects;
Work with one or more development teams to set and meet expectations for the project and collaborate with team leaders from all fields in the performance review of individuals from the studio;
Build and maintain the project plans and schedules and report progress and/or issues to our partners;
Supervise a production team and assess the needs of personnel and equipment for the project;
Establish and maintains a productive and communicative working environment and maintain a strong relationship with our partners and to ensure quick and clear communication;
Identify, recommend, and implement new processes and project studio, where efficiency is put forward.
Requirements
Proficient in French and proficiency in spoken and written English to be able to interact with internal and external partners around the world, present projects or documents and use our shared technology and tools;
Proven experience in leading AAA projects in the game industry (5+ years);
Passion for video games and AAA game development with a keen interest in the technical aspect;
Mastery of project management skills, including life cycle models, risk assessment and team management under rapid development cycles;
Proven management experience with performance management, conflict resolution, motivation and recognition, budgeting, project planning;
Strong communication and organizational skills and resourcefulness/ability to take initiatives.

Experience in internal development teams managing on consoles or PC and with live game services (LiveOps).
