BattlePay is building the next generation of game commerce, creator ecosystems, and gaming communities across titles such as Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Roblox, Marvel Rivals, and other leading live-service and community-driven games.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is deeply connected to modern gaming culture and understands how players, creators, and communities interact across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and X.

The role involves supporting BattlePay's content, social media, creator campaigns, community activations, tournaments, and gaming-focused initiatives while helping shape conversations around the games our audiences care about.

Non-Negotiable

• Must be an active daily player of at least one HoYoverse title (Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, or Zenless Zone Zero)
• Strong understanding of gacha gaming culture, player sentiment, community behavior, and social trends
• Deep knowledge of character meta, team building, updates, events, banners, and game ecosystems
• Actively follows gaming creators, community discussions, patch cycles, and player conversations
• Experience managing, contributing to, or growing gaming communities, social channels, creator ecosystems, or gaming brands
• Understands Discord culture, community engagement, and how gaming audiences communicate online
• Strong copywriting and social content instincts
• Able to identify trends and turn them into relevant gaming content quickly
