Bandai Namco Entertainment America’s Manager, Community Insights will lead how we analyze, report, and optimize engagement with our fans using a variety of data sources including but not limited to social listening, social analytics, influencer analytics, and consumer sentiment. They will liaise with brand marketing teams to work cross-functionally and cross-departmentally to harness insights and assess brand health for our IP while ensuring transparency of process and progress with appropriate stakeholders. They will be expected to educate internal teams on how we can use data to understand the feedback and sentiment of our players at scale.

This role is:

  • Focused on reporting to quantify our reach and performance.

  • Focused on insights to improve our products, marketing, and player satisfaction.

  • Focused on using social intelligence data and explaining the value to other teams.

This role is not:

  • Focused on responding to fans on social media.

  • Focused on customer support (although you may collaborate with Player Experience).

  • Focused on connecting with community at events.

  • Lead the development of our dashboards, reporting KPIs and presentations using Sprinklr

  • Analyze and report on performance to advise internal collaborators and use real-time findings to adjust & optimize plans as needed

  • Share competitive insights for key game titles with internal collaborators and use insights to suggest marketing optimizations

  • Establish benchmarks for content performance and KPI goals for channel growth

  • Develop and implement innovative ways to evolve the social media community and social marketing campaigns that aligns with BNEA’s mission and values

  • Oversee the team’s reporting calendar and collaborate with social marketing leads to be aware of what’s being published

  • Conduct urgent investigation and reporting into marketing leaks to assess reach or damage

  • Research audience insights to help define potential size and interest areas for media targeting, brand partnerships, or content marketing

  • Continuously keep a pulse on social, game, and cultural trends to implement for content and optimize our channels


  • 7+ years of intelligence or analytics experience preferably in an agency environment or company managing a high volume of products or brands.

  • Hands-on expertise in social listening tools such as Sprinklr, NetBase Quid, Synthesio, or Brandwatch

  • 2+ years of people management experience (this role will be a supervisor)

  • Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail with an ongoing dedication to achieving high-quality results

  • Demonstrated experience building real-time reporting and product insights

  • Ability to present complex information to colleagues and executives

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related degree

  • Or relevant work experience

Salary Range

$108,228.71 - $169,556.45
