The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work within the Digital Business department at Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. executing digital marketing strategies to increase revenue and profitability of our digital products. The primary job responsibilities involve successfully assisting the Digital Business team with various tasks, such as tracking marketing beats, maintaining calendar of beats for 1st Party (1P) channels, and assisting with deliverables including managing assets and copy. Must be able to think creatively, implement processes, and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This position will work 32 hours a week and is a short-term contract role with possibility of extension.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute activities on the digital channel marketing calendar

  • Manage marketing beats calendars for upcoming products and execute activities on the digital channel marketing calendar including copy creation and selection of assets

  • Execute creation of assets via internal portals for marketing materials to support digital marketing campaigns

  • Deliver assets to 1st Party Partners to support 1st Party distribution

  • Supports team with tracking 1P marketing support via Excel and creating presentation slides for select marketing plans, post-mortems, monthly reporting, and other reports

  • Help manage digital editions on the corporate game product page including creating UTM tracking and linking product pages to the corporate site

  • Assists with maintenance of project management tool with creating or updating tasks

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive knowledge or interest in videogaming, interactive entertainment industry and/or Japanese animation (preferred)

  • Experience working successfully with social media channels in executing social/community plans

  • Strong familiarity with digital marketplaces and setups of digital product launches from either the operations or business side

  • Collaborative team player who is able to meet and/or exceed team goals

  • Ability to multitask and be flexible about changing role requirements

  • Self-motivated, confident and energetic

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance and/or Business or

  • Equivalent work experience

Hourly Rate: $28 - $33
