The Data & Digital Asset Coordinator works within the Digital Operations team at Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. This role heavily involves understanding the digital product lineup and importing the data into our data management software. You will ensure accuracy and maintain the database with the most up to date information, archive media and metadata assets and share to other departments as needed and inspect product pages to verify proper setup and release.

This individual will communicate amongst internal groups, external vendors, and assist team members within Digital Operations. The Data & Digital Asset Coordinator position will report to the Sr. Manager of Digital Operations.

Join us at our new campus in Irvine, California where a hybrid work schedule will be observed.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transfer Product & SKU data into data management software

  • Verify accuracy of product & SKU data, interface with other internal stakeholders, and research data errors

  • Keep department data tracker up to date with latest product IDs

  • Communicate with vendors and retail partners as needed to share store page assets

  • Assist with tracking and review media and metadata core assets

  • Create and manage archive of submitted assets

  • Perform redemption testing to confirm voucher code activation

  • Assist in page pre- and post-launch review

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Operations

  • Or relevant work experience

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years’ experience in data entry and validation, database management, or other related administrative work

  • 1-2 years (preferred) video game industry experience in a media asset management or operations support role

  • Proficient in Excel and other productivity-based programs in the Office suite

  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment and cross-departmentally

  • Meticulous, self-motivated with excellent organizational skills

  • Passion and knowledge of video games a must

Hourly rate: $21.74 - $33.49
