We are a remote-first games company represented by a diverse team, which empowers us to make the kinds of games in which all players can see themselves. Working closely with our colleagues at Bad Robot Productions, our projects unite our extensive network of games, TV, and film industry talent to create original IPs, expansive worlds and tell new stories across all media platforms which are as fun to watch as they are to play.

As an Associate Producer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development of our games. You will collaborate with teams across departments and be a steward of the studio to ensure we meet deadlines, manage resources to stay within production limitations, and develop innovative processes when roadblocks are hit. Overall, you will be responsible for helping to set the team up for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring clarity to ambiguity by clarifying creation pipelines, tracking work, and putting communication pathways in place, including maintaining our project site with other production team members

  • Facilitate and document outcomes/action items for team meetings, discussions, and breakouts

  • Own the production of specific features or areas of game development, all while driving team culture and maintaining positive working relationships and championing a player-focused mindset

  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date project backlog in Jira - assisting with task organization, prioritization, and tracking

  • Keep management consulted and informed on progress and brought in on discussions as needed for project success

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Having worked on at least one project in an associate producer capacity in the games industry

  • Experience working on PC or Console games

  • Experience using production tools like JIRA, G-suite/Google Docs, and Confluence to track development and produce reports

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hourly Rate Range: $36.00 - $38.00

Our ranges are based on California market rate regardless of work location in the US.
