Having a successful track record of creating partnerships with top talent and global brands since our inception in 2019, Bad Moon Talent is at the forefront of pushing boundaries in the creator economy. To continue pushing these boundaries, BMT is looking for a self-motivated individual to lead further expansion of our exclusive client roster of digital creators.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Talent, Creator Partnerships and Media teams to identify, source, and engage with prospective creators and influencers
Work closely with Media team in revenue-driving projects such as Media Campaigns, Consulting, and Reporting
Evaluate industry trends and formulate a long-term creator strategy
Lead brainstorms around concepts and activation ideas for brand initiatives
Act as main client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all campaign components
Serve as internal lead with onboarded clients for campaign execution, ensuring all teams are aligned going into deployment
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of gaming, esports, or marketing and strategy experience, with an emphasis on talent management and campaign execution in the influencer marketing or branded content space
Proven ability to manage and oversee client relations
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of digital creator management experience in a talent agency environment
Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with creators to achieve business goals
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Effective organizational, analytical and execution skills
