Aristocrat has established itself as a leader in digital casino gaming over the past decade. To strengthen it further, it is expanding digital gaming in iGaming domain. Aristocrat India is participating in this opportunity to establish a new team to pursue this business initiative.
We are seeking a talented Artist to join our Art and Graphics team for an exciting initiative. You will create captivating character design and high-quality backgrounds, and symbols. Collaboration is essential to ensure a cohesive look and outstanding work quality. A strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for storytelling through visual art are required.

What You'll Do

  • Strong sense of timing and visual storytelling.

  • Keen observational skills regarding movements and behaviours.

  • Excellent drawing and illustration skills.

  • Proficiency in concept development and storyboarding, with a keen eye for colour and composition.

  • Deep understanding of visual design principles.

  • Ability to collaborate with various teams to produce innovative art, FX, game trailers, and advertising materials.

  • Familiarity with graphic design and illustration software.

  • Adhere to established styles and brand guidelines.

  • Create, maintain, and update assets and images for games across all platforms, ensuring optimal export and optimization for use.

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work in alignment with project goals.

  • Work closely with management to achieve business objectives.

Artist Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality artwork that meets project briefs, exploring creative concepts and offering multiple executions.

  • Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards of work.

  • Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and share project progress.

  • Organize files, documents, and assets for ease of use by team members.

  • Continuously develop technical skills related to your discipline and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.

  • Understand the technical constraints of the platforms for which your artwork will be used.

  • Follow the established asset pipeline to optimize your artwork for specific games.

  • Stay informed about advancements in the multi-platform online world and industry trends.

  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and allocating appropriate time to each.

  • Inspire creativity and passion in all aspects of your work.

  • Collaborate with the Global team/studio leads for status updates and guidance, working together to achieve defined goals.

  • Participate in after-hours calls as needed to support business requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree/BFA/MFA or equivalent work 5-8 yrs work experience in digital Art/gaming as artist

  • Excellent command over software of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Spine (Esoteric Software)

  • Photoshop

  • Illustrator

  • Prior experience in the digital or social gaming industry will be a plus.

  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders
