The Associate Producer will contribute as a Project Manager for Bash Games Studio’s portfolio, responsible for supporting the production team, and the development cycle with a distributed team. The focus of this role is to work with the teams to reach their goals by ensuring development runs smoothly, assisting in communication between the disciplines/departments, and helping the team stay in the loop on the schedule and product standards. This role is also expected to maintain documentation of requests from a variety of product stakeholders. Additionally, the Associate Producer will maintain game documentation and support the Operations/Productions team to execute the portfolio plan. The Associate Producer position will be full-time and on-site at our Brookhaven, GA office
What You'll Do
Execute product plans, schedules and resources to ensure committed milestones and delivery dates are met.
Identify, communicate and resolve problem areas and risks in the production cycle and schedules.
Monitor health of a project, ensuring requirements from all stakeholders are met.
Understand the team’s velocity/capacity and use that to evaluate progress according to the schedule
Maintain a refined, prioritized backlog as well as project documentation.
Document and provide team members with details and requirements for all conceptualized products.
Monitor/communicate the status of products in production and in testing.
Participate in game and feature design sessions with game design team.
Generally support Production team on a variety of projects and tasks as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Exposure to casino gaming is not required but is a plus
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, and other project management and QA tools.
Knowledge of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field
3+ years of project management or quality assurance experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range
$65,050 - $120,807 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
