
ERP Product Data Associate
This role will be responsible for responsible for maintaining product data in ERP systems, managing and resolving support tickets, ensuring timely bug fixes, tracking issues from activation to closure, escalating blockers, and completing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) per process guidelines and deadlines. This role will require communicating with several business units at different geographical locations to resolve reported issues and maintain product master data quality.
What You'll Do
Responsible for daily maintenance of product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
Performs screening and assignment of support tickets, “bugs,” from end users, as needed for resolution.
Resolves “bugs” in a timely manner according to their assigned severity.
Manages assigned “bugs” from activation to closure.
Ensure blockers are identified and escalated for active “bugs” and unreleased ECOs.
Completes Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in accordance with approved process flows and within the assigned due date.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather and document data requirements to meet business needs.
Occasional travel may be required. <25%
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum five years of relevant work experience with a minimum of two years in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
Ability to analyze information and use logic to perform tasks efficiently within deadlines.
Possesses good problem-solving skills to address work-related issues and problems.
Ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams and technical and business engagement managers.
Can meet changing demands and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills

Pay Range
$62,365 - $115,820 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
