We’re hiring a new marketing team member to help us with our channel management. You’ll collaborate with other team members on projects and campaigns to support the game and its community, especially through the development and publishing of web content. For this role, we ask that you have a thorough knowledge of Guild Wars 2, including the game as it is today.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Contribute to and publish content across digital channels.

  • Assist with pipeline management for web content.

  • Work with marketing and creative teams on the production of marketing materials and assets.

  • Participate in team brainstorming and campaign planning.

  • Assist with other marketing and community projects.

  • Participates in an on-call rotation to coordinate emergency messaging when required.

  • Serve as a backup for several processes to reduce single point of failures on the team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • 2 years of professional work experience.

  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency of work, including adhering to brand standards and overall communication strategy

  • Strong knowledge of the Guild Wars franchise and Guild Wars 2 in particular

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; strong emphasis on cooperative problem-solving

  • Excellent verbal / written English communication; Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Korean a plus

  • Superior attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong understanding of web and social media technologies

  • Familiarity with Wordpress or other web content management systems a plus

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS a plus

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus

Travel may be required several times a year for specific industry or business events.

We are open to remote work from the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MD, NC, NY, OR, TX, UT, WA and WI or onsite/hybrid/flex at our office in Bellevue, WA. Total compensation is salary plus an annual bonus potential. Please note that the listed pay range is a general guideline only. We take into consideration the geography in which you live and your experience and qualifications when determining final salary. This role is also eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance, short and long term disability, 401(k), flexible and dependent care spending accounts, PTO, paid holidays and parental leave.

Remote pay range

$73,940—$105,440 USD
