Requirements
To be considered, you should bring:
3+ years of experience in production or project management within the video game industry
Experience in both creative and technical production contexts (e.g., supporting both dev pipelines)
Proven track record supporting or leading production on at least one shipped title (console, PC, or mobile)
Familiarity with AAA development pipelines and cross-functional collaboration (art, design, engineering, QA)
Solid understanding of agile/scrum methodologies, sprint planning, task tracking, and milestone management
Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, ShotGrid, or similar project management software
Ability to translate creative goals into executable plans, track progress, and identify blockers proactively
Skilled in managing remote, hybrid, or international teams across time zones and cultures
Comfortable in client-facing situations or working with external stakeholders
