As an Account Manager at AMG, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing relationships with our clients in the gaming industry. Your communication skills, combined with your understanding of the gaming landscape and interest in influencer marketing, will be instrumental in delivering client satisfaction and driving our growth.

Your main responsibility will be to support influencer marketing campaigns, production, creative, and community strategy services for our clientele. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and Senior Account Managers to deliver quality results that align with client expectations and AMG's strategic goals.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for client-related matters.
  • Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, production, creative, and community strategy services for your clientele.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Assist in communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help identify new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers, and Directors in negotiating and closing agreements.
  • Assist in forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., quarterly performance and campaign performance reports).
  • Prepare reports on account status and provide regular updates to internal teams.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: Proven work experience in Influencer Marketing or a relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of the gaming industry.
  • BONUS: Experience in mobile gaming or influencer marketing campaigns.
