Job Title: Senior Live Operations Specialist

Reporting To: Director of Production

Department: Mobile Production

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Your Mission

As a Senior Live Ops Specialist on our mobile team, you will manage the day-to-day operations that help drive the performance of Call of Duty: Mobile. You will own the design, configuration, and execution of in-game events, sales, and offers. You will work closely with product managers, producers, marketers, analysts, researchers, our content team, and our developer partners at Tencent, to drive deeper engagement and growth. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable running live operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and support on events to drive engagement and monetization

  • Configure events, and test and validate they are configured correctly

  • Monitor launch of events and content, ensuring players get the correct experience

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Analysts to evaluate the performance of events, sales, features, A/B tests, and use learnings to optimize future occurrences

  • Strategize and test various hypotheses around events to improve retention, monetization, and engagement

  • Improve our processes and tools to ensure we are using our time and resources in the most efficient way possible

Player Profile

  • 2+ years experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Positive and collaborative approach, able to work effectively within a team, and give and receive constructive feedback

  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize time and work effectively

  • Able to understand players to help create successful events

  • Able to brainstorm creative campaigns to make meaningful experiences for our players

  • Experience improving processes

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • A passion for games, especially mobile and first-person shooters!

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $34.28 - $63.42 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
