We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our Ads SDK team and drive the quality of our deliveries to the highest standards. If you're comfortable working closely with development teams to define and implement test strategies and passionate about ensuring deliveries are polished, stable and aligned with ads-platform requirements, we'd love to hear from you!
Your Role in the Adventure
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases and scenarios that provide metrics that establish our quality status and release readiness
Coordinate and conduct testing of features at various stages of development, including manual testing of internal and external releases, to identify and document defects and usability issues
Collaborate with the teams to establish automated testing tools and processes that efficiently and effectively drive our quality standards up
Oversee and own the default test-environment for internal sample apps
Skills to Create Thrills
Proven experience in a QA leadership role within the gaming and/or ad-tech industry, with a track record of successful releases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams
Highly organized with a logical, methodical approach to work, and an outstanding attention to detail
Experience working with applications built for iOS and Android
Experience working with Backend Services and SAAS Products
Bonus
Experience with observability tools such as A/B-Testing, Analytics Dashboards, etc
Ability to read and comprehend code, architecture diagrams and similar
Previous experience in as a Release Manager
Experience working with and shipping an Ads SDK to external customers
Shipped games on pc, console or mobile platforms

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $92,920.00 - $171,814.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
