We’re looking for a LiveOps & Game Analyst Lead to join our team and work on a new casual, cartoon-style project that combines elements of drama, humor, fun, and location restoration.
This is a high-impact role, where you will shape the LiveOps approach from the early stages and drive the development of product analytics on the project.

LiveOps (primary focus at the start):
Build and manage the LiveOps calendar
Plan, launch, and optimize in-game events
Run experiments and analyze results
Evaluate LiveOps performance.
Product Analytics:
Develop the analytics function on the project
Analyze product metrics with the team and identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards
Generate hypotheses and provide product recommendations
Collaborate with the Producer and Game Designers on decision-making.
4+ years of experience in game analytics
Hands-on experience with LiveOps in casual or midcore projects
Strong SQL skills; experience with Google Sheets / Excel
Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
Solid understanding of product metrics (LTV, retention, ARPU, etc.)
Experience with A/B testing
Proactive and инициативний mindset.
Experience working on products with $1M+ monthly revenue
1+ year of experience in a Lead Analytics role.
Direct collaboration with an experienced Producer
