What We Need

The 2K SALT Growth Strategy team is responsible for title and franchise P&Ls, franchise strategy, global pricing strategies, and execution of lifecycle strategies for multiple sports titles each year. We partner across the organization to ensure alignment on overall strategy to ensure peak business performance. We are looking for a high performing Senior Growth Manager to use raw data and translate business analysis into useful insights to run the business and increase profitability of 2K’s key sports franchises.

You will have validated credentials operating in an ownership role, where you have propelled growth of a consumer product or service across multiple territories. You will combine meticulous data-led approaches to analyzing markets and executing strategy alongside creative commercial skills to assist in conceptualizing and driving new initiatives. Experience in gaming is not required, however 2K is looking for experience working within fast-paced, dynamic consumer-focused technology companies. You will build cross-functional relationships with other senior managers across the company, as well as reporting deliverables to more senior partners. We are searching for someone with the drive and tenacity to execute on a bold growth agenda.

What You Will Do

  • Refine global commercial strategies to account for local nuances in EMEA, optimizing revenue growth for multiple franchises.

  • Partner and collaborate with regional teams to identify optimization opportunities to leverage locally relevant content, promotions, and events to improve user engagement, retention, and monetization.

  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product Development (PD), Legal and other critical team members to develop and execute high impact, customer friendly commercial strategies.

  • Identify key trends and opportunities throughout the user funnel, including sales, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will be happy both in implementing the global strategy as well as feeding EMEA-specific strategy back into the global Growth Strategy team.

  • Partner with Performance Marketing, Social, CRM and Brand to develop, implement, and optimize out-of-game engagement and retention tactics across social media, influencer, email, and other channels.

  • Partner with PD and Analytics teams to develop compelling, comprehensive franchise-level live service strategies covering in-game stores, limited time modes and events, objectives systems, and personalized communications.

  • Develop models and report KPIs on commercial/user behavior insights to confirm/disprove hypotheses and help influence design decisions in future titles.

  • Coach and mentor more junior level talent.

  • Develop presentations for a variety of stakeholders, ranging from analysts to Executive Leadership.

Key Outcomes:

  • Exceed sales and revenue budgets and meet or exceed sales and revenue stretch targets by persistently driving incremental engagement, retention and monetization optimization via feature/content/events planning and execution.
