What We Need:
2K is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager, Mobile to join its Core Games Team working on unannounced 2K IP releases. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Mobile Product Marketing, the APMM will be focused on supporting the Product Marketing function across both unannounced mobile games, help coordinate key marketing initiatives producing awareness, engagement and retention, as well as drive meaningful business outcomes that enable growth. You will also lead communication and prioritization between Product, UA, and other key Cross-Functional teams to help drive business goals.
You will have experience developing and executing mobile gaming marketing strategies for new and/or existing live titles. From a place of both art and science, you must enjoy working collaboratively to create innovative marketing programs with cross-functional teams and external agencies based on key consumer insights.
What You Will Do:
Marketing Campaign
Build and support the development of go-to-market campaigns and LiveOps marketing for mobile games that support business objectives
Drive execution through effective project management of marketing campaigns that maximize long-term acquisition, engagement, and retention with a player-first mindset
Partner closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency partners to communicate plans, ensure alignment, and manage feedback to ensure projects are executed cohesively and on-schedule.
Develop and manage relationships with external UA vendors while exploring new partnerships that take our activations to the next level
Manage and organize key marketing/campaign documents including launch calendars, asset approval schedules, presentations and best practice overviews
Activate live marketing support channels across email and SMS
Coordinate App Store Optimization testing, evaluate results and provide recommendations
Creative Development
Manage the creative development process from start to finish, including writing briefs, agency management, providing effective creative feedback, managing stakeholder input, asset organization and delivery for a large volume of high quality creative that is on brand and optimized for performance
Analyze performance, extract insights, and design testing plans of UA creative assets
Partner with internal and external agencies to deliver on-time marketing assets across multiple channels
Asset Trafficking and Coordination – ensure asset/copy review and approval from key stakeholders as required
Ensure the creative development is brand consistent and aligned with the brand strategy
Market Research
Compile a regular marketing research report with the latest marketing best practices and recommendations
KPI Evaluation
Evaluate KPI performance and support PMM on recommendations
Build an understanding of how different KPIs impact marketing performance

What Skills Are Needed:
2-4 years of experience in mobile marketing, preferably in gaming, with experience supporting the full launch cycle from pre-launch to post-launch
Have a passion for video gaming or a desire to learn a gamer’s profile.
Full 360 Marketing campaign support experience including paid, owned and organic channels
Experience developing creative with internal teams or external agencies
Fluent in Excel with the ability to analyze performance marketing data and turn into actionable recommendations
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where teams must be rallied to act and learn quickly.
Always optimizing and curious by nature, with a test/learn approach that isn’t afraid to try new things.
Self-starter that stays on top of the latest mobile trends
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize assignments to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $100,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
