What You’ll Do

  • Own resource management of the Montreal Postproduction team

  • Drive the organization of new and existing challenges

  • Develop the animation pipeline and workflows, with a continuous eye for improvement

  • Collaborate and negotiate with Dev teams on behalf of the 2K Mocap team

  • Be ultimately responsible for the end-to-end project service delivery of the entire 2K Publishing organization

  • Help improve processes and pipelines

  • Responsible for Organizing team events, swags, trainings, visit and more

  • Help with the newcomer, interviews, welcome day, installations, and access

  • Be responsible for Outsourcing (ingesting data and following on PO’s).

What Will Make You A Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in video games, in a similar role and handling technical teams

  • Previous Lead, Team Lead, or coaching experience, managing an animation department

  • Experience working with Motion Capture data and pipelines.

  • Experience with hand key facial animation and tools

  • Experience in a technical role such as Programmer, Tools Tester, or others, a big plus

  • Familiar with Maya, Mocap Software’s (Motive and Shogun), MotionBuilder

  • 3D Production management experience

  • Possess very strong organizational, communication skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to establish priorities and multi-task effectively

  • Ability to work with diverse personalities across multiple time zones

  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends in interactive storytelling and AAA games

  • Experience with Unreal and Meta Human
