Position Overview
2Game.com is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Commerce Manager to lead the growth and operations of our flagship ecommerce platform. This role is pivotal in driving the success of 2Game.com by aligning the website with 2Game Digital's ecosystem, including 2Game.PRO and 2Game Esports. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, optimize customer journeys, and spearhead innovative strategies to enhance user engagement, sales, and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement initiatives that drive sales, loyalty, and user engagement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cart abandonment, and sales to identify growth opportunities.
2. Website Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the 2Game.com platform, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime.
Manage the development pipeline for new features and improvements, prioritizing based on business impact.
Ensure seamless integration with loyalty programs, gamified features, and marketing tools like HubSpot and Customer.io.
3. User Experience & Optimization
Continuously improve the customer journey through data-driven enhancements to navigation, search, and checkout processes.
Lead A/B testing and user research to optimize usability, design, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with developers to implement mobile-first and PWA strategies to enhance accessibility and engagement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the liaison between marketing, design, and technical teams to execute ecommerce campaigns and site improvements.
Partner with 2Game.PRO and Esports teams to promote ecosystem-wide features and events.
Work with affiliate and influencer networks to drive traffic and sales.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Conduct regular performance reviews of the ecommerce platform, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track performance and guide decisions.
Monitor trends in ecommerce and gaming industries to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Magento experience preferred) and digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage complex projects from ideation to execution.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with APIs, loyalty programs, gamified features, and integration tools.
Understanding of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and their role in enhancing user experience.
Knowledge of cloud-based services (e.g., AWS) and ecommerce analytics tools.
