Content Producer & Caster (Counter-Strike 2 League)

We’re looking for a creative, organised Content Producer & Caster to take charge of our Counter-Strike 2 League — one of six competitive leagues we operate on the 1v1Me platform. You’ll lead daily content and live coverage for the league, acting as the face of live broadcasts while also running production yourself. Think: part professional streamer, part league storyteller. Role Overview As Producer & Caster for the CS2 League, you’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and producing daily content around league narratives, matchups, and player storylines

• Running solo live broadcasts on Twitch — managing OBS, operating production, and casting matches live

• Delivering energetic, knowledgeable commentary that engages both competitive CS fans and casual stakers

• Pitching and creating content ideas for YouTube, in-app, and social — including recaps, highlights, and storyline breakdowns

• Providing editors with raw clips, voiceovers, or scripts to support ongoing content

• Developing narratives that grow viewership, build fandom, and enhance the experience for stakers

• Syncing regularly with the Content Lead and fellow league Producers to align strategy

What We're Looking For

• Experience producing live content as a streamer, caster, or solo operator in esports/gaming

• Strong knowledge of Counter-Strike 2 gameplay and competitive scene

• Confident on-camera presence with an ability to both entertain and inform

• Comfortable with OBS, Twitch, Discord, and running a solo production setup

• Organised, self-sufficient, and proactive in a fast-paced remote environment

• Bonus: Light editing skills or experience creating highlight content

• Remote freelance contract, weekdays with flexibility

• Expected workload: Daily content production plus regular solo-cast live league matches

• Weekly syncs with Content Lead and other Producers
