Our HR Technology team is currently looking for a Workday Analyst to join our team! You will provide technical and functional expertise to drive Workday system enhancements, improve our efficiency, and scale our existing processes globally. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing new system opportunities.

We are looking for a proactive, innovative, self-starter who wants a hands-on role, building employee experiences using HR technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, test and deploy Workday process for functional changes
  • Support Workday’s updates
  • In partnership with end users, distill and document end-user requirements
  • Ensure appropriate development and execution of SOX compliance and controls
  • Partner with the People Operations team to ensure data is complete, accurate and appropriately mapped for reports, dashboards, and downstream reporting systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and defects with exceptional customer service

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years specifically with Workday
  • General knowledge of HR functional areas and workflows
  • Willingness and passion to learn additional Workday modules including Time and Attendance, Absence Management and Benefits
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paces, ever changing environments
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Workday certifications for HCM or Advanced Compensation
  • Workday reporting and dashboard configuration capabilities
  • Experience with Integration Support
