Are you a self starter that loves the process of making extraordinary games? Have a lot of experience doing it successfully? Do you like to help build and guide teams through the development process and running live games all while encouraging growth and a positive culture? Zynga is seeking an expert SR. EXECUTIVE PRODUCER to manage our growing portfolio of games.

Our division is made up of several mobile games in multiple stages of development across numerous locations. This creates multiple development challenges as well as opportunities. We are looking for a motivated, impactful Sr. EP to help identify and address challenges, so we can get ahead of them while recognizing and driving opportunities when they present themselves. Our studios have multiple live and in development games. Each has their own needs, challenges and possibilities and each at a different phase in their lifecycle. You will need to be able to context switch rapidly, recognize and prioritize areas you can be impactful to help our teams succeed and grow.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to align dependencies and find solutions.
  • Balance resources across multiple game teams based on needs and business strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to coordinate large initiatives across the organization and central partner groups.
  • Work directly with peers to identify and solve complex issues at the organization level.
  • Be the key impact on long term game strategy!
  • Own our processes and best-practices across the organization:
  • Help define and set best practices and make sure they are communicated out across the division.
  • Work with the teams to evolve their processes to help us navigate new challenges.
  • Build relationships across teams and champion a culture of learning and growth.
  • Build and strengthen the communication between game teams and partner groups.
  • Foster and maintain a positive culture.
  • Support and guide game teamโ€™s Sr. leadership groups.
  • Above all, flexibility and adaptability are key.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • +15 yrs of experience leading and guiding multi-disciplinary teams with at least 2 games shipped as Executive Producer, Development Director or Game Director. Mobile experience preferred.
  • Excellent risk assessment skills and champion for data driven solutions
  • Ability to switch between strategic and tactical thinking
  • Extensive knowledge of and fluency in the game development process. Understands the ins and outs of game development from concept through live operations
  • Able to empower others to attain successful outcomes and business objectives.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
  • Great problem solver with an inclusive approach to identify solutions!
  • Team Builder with experience growing existing teams and forming new teams.

This position reports directly to the VP of Production for the org.
