Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of related work experience, including business development, channel and partner development, partner management and/or strategic/management consulting experience.
  • 2 years of experience in the Gaming industry/ecosystem.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with publishers, creators and influencers and maintaining business relationships.
  • YouTube content creation, strategy, and management experience.
  • Program management experience focused on events or marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

In this role, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with our Gaming partners in Brazil. Our partner’s needs are constantly changing, and so our products need to change with them. Strategic Partner Managers serve as our expert consultants to our partners, using research and analytics to build long-lasting relationships with our partners. Your expertise of YouTube's products, gaming ecosystem and our partners' businesses will allow you to identify new opportunities for the gaming partners growth, launch new products, and expand the impact of our clients' work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic plans and programs in Brazil for our Gaming partners to foster and support vertical and partner growth.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and partner/creator relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting partner systems around reporting, content management and creating business plans and reports (external and internal) on partner and vertical performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, PR, marketing, finance, legal and policy.
  • Define, analyze and communicate milestones and metrics to enable vertical and partner success.
