Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of account management, customer service, sales, or other relevant experience.
  • Experience working with creators, clients, or partners to build collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish fluent and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the gaming, video, media, and/or entertainment industry
  • Experience as a YouTube creator, and/or a passion for finding, developing and managing YouTube creators
  • Ability to think strategically and to develop a vision and a strategy based on interpreting data and creator input
  • Able to work on a fast pace and scaled organization

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

In this role supporting Latin America, you will manage a portfolio of gaming and general entertainment creators to assess their unique needs and goals, craft a plan to grow their channel, and deliver insights and strategy to enable their success on YouTube. Your role will be both external (creator-facing) and internal as you support many cross-functional initiatives. You will optimize creator channels and develop relationships to ensure your portfolio of YouTube Creators take full advantage of our ever-growing suite of offerings. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of YouTube creators through consistent high touch engagement and develop customized analytical strategies
  • Work with partners on tailored Business Plans to achieve their business goals, identifying key metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and qualitatively using internal analytics tools
  • Pitch multiple product activations and solutions to partners via 1:1 phone calls, virtual hangouts or at in-person events. This may also include cold calling.
  • Streamline operational workflow and process improvements by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
  • Act as a liaison between creators and our cross-functional teams, serving as a consultant as needed
