We need an iOS Support Engineer to help us support 10,000+ customers in using our monetization SDK and to help our teams further develop said SDK.

During this project, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow by:

  • Getting an insider’s look at the development of next-generation mobile ad monetization technology;
  • Developing cross-cultural and cross-functional communication and leadership skills.

What does success look like?

At Yodo1, our first question is always WDSLL: What Does Success Look Like? For this role, your success will be measured by:

  • Your ability to quickly identify the root cause of novel issues our clients face with SDK updates;
  • Effectively providing technical support to our clients;
  • Driving a better product through collaboration with the SDK development teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Communicating with our support personnel to help alleviate client issues;
  • Reviewing our SDK for potential issues and giving feedback to our product and tech teams;
  • Testing new releases of our SDK in multiple projects to understand potential areas of risk;
  • Helping our documentation team improve our support guide for clients;
  • Building working examples of applications our clients can use as references.

Must-have skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of iOS development experience, with proven history of working on projects using Swift and Objective C;
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices;
  • Familiarity with Unity and a desire to learn more;
  • Experience working with SDKs, particularly ad monetization SDKs.
