We need a CRM Intern to help us empower and improve our sales operations processes.

During this project, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow by:

  • Helping the team leaders to scale our systems to handle a 10X Growth;
  • Applying your data analytics skills by turning your number into actionable business insights;
  • Working directly alongside a multitude of sales team to ensure their success.

What does success look like?

At Yodo1, our first question is always WDSLL: What Does Success Look Like? For your role, success is measured by:

  • Building robust processes to ensure that at least 90% of our scheduled sales calls take place

What you'll be doing:

  • Assign Leads to our Sales team following a set of predetermined criteria;
  • Maintain data integrity by regularly pulling data from other Yodo1 proprietary tools;
  • Turn raw data into powerful visualizations and stories.

Must-have skills:

  • High Attention to detail;
  • Data Analytics;
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different level.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with CRM tools such as Zoho or Hubspot;
  • Previous experience with Airtable.
