We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Producer to join our Magic: The Gathering Product Insights team! From launching new products to optimizing existing ones, the Product Insights team provides the research and insight to help the Magic: The Gathering studio (Studio X) make better decisions. In this role, you will help deliver quantitative and qualitative research about our players. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team’s research is timely, accessible, and meaningful.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules and timelines for qualitative and quantitative research. Prioritize research to ensure we are working on the right projects for the business.
  • Partner closely with Product Strategy, Creative, Game Design, Consumer Insights, and vendors to drive on-time completion.
  • Synthesize insights from existing research and answer ad-hoc questions.
  • Manage and organize our repository of research to make it more accessible across teams.
  • Work with external vendors to bid out and manage projects.
  • Drive workflow and process improvements.
  • Extract and summarize the key take-aways from meetings, action items, and identify owners for follow-up.
  • Support Product Insights team with planning, coordinating and wrapping up research projects.
  • Coordinate retrospectives with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvements across research efforts.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven track record of steering high-quality projects to completion on schedule.
  • Prior experience interacting with consumer insights or market research teams.
  • Understanding of research terminology, games as service, and the development of games.
  • Bonus: Experience with Smartsheet or other project management tools
  • Bonus: Vendor management experience
