Wind and Rain is a UK based Esports organization with ambitions in the UK and the Nordic Esports market and our teams compete at the highest national levels.

As our new Graphics Designer you will work alongside the Social Media Department in realizing and refining the organizations visual brand identity. In this process you will be required to effectively communicate with and implement feedback from members of the Social Media Department. You will report to the Head of the Social Media Department.

Responsibilities

• Create a variety of different graphical assets.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Amend designs after feedback.

Core Skills

• Experience in Esports Graphics Design.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies. (Photoshop)
• An eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to both work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills

• Motion Graphics Experience.
• Experience and Passion for Marketing/Branding.
