Wargaming is looking for a Recruiting Researcher to bolster our Talent Acquisition team and hunt for outstanding talent in the game development and software engineering fields.

In this role, you will tackle the company’s talent acquisition needs, partner with other teams to drive the company-wide talent strategy and support internal recruiting initiatives in the Minsk, Moscow, and Vilnius offices.

What will you do?

  • Partner with recruiters and technical experts to determine sourcing strategies to attract talent with the required skill sets
  • Utilize advanced search techniques (including Boolean searches on internet portals, social media, LinkedIn and job boards, attending networking events, as well as combing through contact lists, referrals, blogs, industry directories, etc.)
  • Use and maintain ATS with a high level of accuracy
  • Develop best practices for candidate sourcing, talent mapping and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to create new ideas and strategies related to sourcing potential candidates, their experience and their engagement
  • Research and gather market intelligence including information about competitors, target companies, conferences, open source communities, etc.
  • Report, measure, analyze and deliver data on sourcing efforts

What are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year experience in research/sourcing/recruiting
  • Good internet/social media search and candidate generation skills
  • The ability to solve problems, think creatively and adapt to the ever-growing market
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills, as well as a demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong ambition to work in the game development industry
  • A strong grasp of cutting-edge sourcing/research strategies
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
