Junior Payments Specialist
Do you want to work in the e-commerce payments at one of the world’s largest gaming companies?
In this role, you will be part of the Payments Team which is responsible for setting and implementing the payment strategy for Wargaming and preventing payments fraud. Payments is considered a key stakeholder, ensuring global coverage of payment methods for all existing and new products along with making sure the level of payment fraud is kept low.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about payments and fraud on a global scale from a team of experts with many years of experience in the payments industry.
Reports to
The Junior Payments Specialist will report to the Head of Payments and Fraud.
What will you do?
Manage new and existing relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Payment processors
On-board new payment methods and/or new PSPs: assist in negotiating contracts, fees, and technical set ups
Perform analytics on payment performance and identify areas of improvement to lower cost and improve approval rates
Interact with other stakeholders on the payments related questions – Development, Legal, DPO, Products
Monitor KPI’s ensuring optimum performance
Monitor new regulations and implement them
What are we looking for?
Basic understanding of payment processing & financial transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical & Excel skills
Data-driven decision making with good problem-solving skills
Time management skills and a high attention to detail
University degree or any related qualification in any of the following: Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics
What additional skills will help you stand out?
Understanding of e-commerce principles
Experience in payments
Knowledge of business models and economics within Gaming companies
Work mode
Hybrid (3 days of work from the office)
The salary range for this role in Vilnius is between 2,700 EUR - 3,000 EUR monthly gross.
