Wargaming is looking for a Junior C++ Programmer to join our Platform team.

We are working on Crash Analysis Tool - an internal crash reporting product. Integration of CAT in development workflow allows Wargaming game studios to catch, analyse and resolve crashes and failures of their games and applications.

The team’s primary goal is to improve and extend the current functionality of CAT, expand the list of supported OS-es and Game Engines.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience working in complex projects;
  • Experience working with the Git version control system;
  • Analytical thinking, a complex approach to problem-solving;
  • 1+ years of experience working on C++ (including C++14/17/20);
  • Understanding: OOP architecture patterns;
  • Understanding the principles and basic structure of platforms: Windows and/or Linux;
  • Library knowledge: STL, boost;
  • Experience working with Win API and/or Linux API;
  • Technical English knowledge.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Understanding of the HTTP protocol, basic network principles knowledge;
  • Understanding the principles and basic structure of platforms: Linux;
  • Understanding the principles of cross-platform development;
  • Experience working with the CMake generator;
  • Python knowledge.
