We are looking for a Community Manager to join our publishing team within a new product group at Wargaming to be the driving force behind creating a great experience for all players.

What will you do?

  • Establish and maintain relations with active representatives of the community, content creators and top players
  • Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
  • Evolve and administer product channels and groups in social media
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Collect and analyze audience-generated opinions and feedback on the game and create developer-dedicated digests
  • Prepare and hold competitions, events and tournaments for the active audience
  • Coordinate with other departments and regional offices

What are we looking for?

  • Over 1 yearsโ€™ experience working in a Community Manager position on a F2P project (PC, console projects), preferably FPS
  • Experience working with influencers and content creators
  • Understanding of the online games market
  • Passion for games
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to define opinion leaders and organize work with them
  • Good understanding of the social network mapping, experience working in all the major ones
  • Intermediate+ level of English
