What will be your main challenges?

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager who will play a key role in the creation of our real-money gaming platform by leading the global CRM strategy

  • Setting up proactive communication to users across all channels (push, emails, SMS, in-app messages)
  • Optimizing for users deposits
  • Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
  • Manage special events, competitions and promotions for existing users
  • Monitor relationships with existing users through CRM systems
  • Own our CRM suite (integration, optimization, evolution)
  • Track marketing metrics and trends
  • Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

What do we expect?

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager (4+ years experience)
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end (initial briefs, editorial and creative services, targeting and data selection)
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with Braze CRM suite
  • Experience in the Gaming industry
  • Experience in the Gambling industry
