What will be your main challenges?

Together with another MKT Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Content creation and improvement with the ultimate goal of achieving the team's objectives and the overall business goals.

Your main challenges will be

  • Constantly provide high performing content that will serve in our ads and UA campaigns
  • Challenge our partners quality and quantity on aspects such as Content performance, cost and production time frame

What do we expect?

  • To source content for every game and each vertical within the company (Hyper-casual, Casual and Consumer Apps)
  • To constantly find new creators and partners, that will enable us with the most interesting and relevant content for our creatives
  • Negotiate with the 3rd parties the deliverables conditions, on both quantity and quality
  • Write and share creative briefs and judge in the best way possible the content you receive from our partners
  • Manage the full Creative funnel of a content- from Brief to the final delivery of the content
  • Keep track of the performance of the content you provide and make any necessary optimization accordingly
  • Manage the legal and financial aspects of the partnerships
  • Propose creative tests in relation to the content received and its performance
  • Run pilot projects with them to test and see their performance
  • Build strong relationships with the influencers/creators, that would enable us with more attentive and relevant content
  • Monitor the Market and trends, run competitive reviews and benchmarks

As the MKT Content Coordinator, you will be joining an international dynamic Influencer Creative team inside the Marketing department. You will work hand in hand with the other MKT Content Coordinator and very closely with the Marketing artist inside the team. Also, collaborate and exchange learnings with the rest of the team members inside the Marketing team. You will report directly to the MKT Content team manager.
