What will be your main challenges?

You will be in charge of all user acquisition for Blitz App (launching, today 1000 MAU, target end of 2021 100k MAU, target 2023 1M MAU)

  • Paid User Acquisition - set-up and optimize campaigns on Paid Ad Networks (Facebook, Snapchat, Applovin, Tik Tok...)
  • Manage Ad Creatives performance and Artists
  • Set up referral with partners and invite your friends' program
  • Set up organic campaigns (social networks, growth hacking, etc.) and promotions (promo codes…)
  • Set up and manage community/socials
  • Set up and manage offline campaigns
  • Managing Marketing artists and key partners
  • Growing the team to 3-5 FTEs over time

What do we expect?

  • 3-5 years experience in growth in high pace environment
  • Ideally Mobile (more than gaming) experience
