What will be your main challenges?
We are looking for talent interested in creating something bigger! To succeed in this role, you will need to have a large vision of ads production and experience as a manager. You will join a high performing team. Through your work, you will help your team to develop their skills and validate games’ marketability at an early stage to help us make millions of people download our games all around the world! Your goal will be to lead a team of marketing artists and developers, maintain production and drive innovation to continue being one step ahead.

Our Creative team's mission is to deliver a fresh and unique mobile experience on the market for the hyper-casual audience, by identifying and creating our own segment and with our expertise, we’ll keep being the leading company.
With more than 5 millions new users that download our apps everyday, we combine our passion for creativity with data analysis to offer the best app or game to every single person. You’ll be part of a large and international team! Based on our principles and values, you will have the chance to work closely with several experts: marketing artists, game developers, publishing managers and lots of others!
What do we expect?
- 2-3 years of experience as a creative team lead
- You have already management experience
- Good project management skills
- Experience in a mobile gaming company and/or in a ad network company
- Track record of performance/achievements with creatives
- Creative problem solver, risk-taker
- You are fluent in English and ideally in French

The salary will depend on the experience and skills a candidate brings to the position in line with the levels outlined in the Voodoo Career Path.
We are offering all Voodoo members of staff a flexible vacation policy, allowing us to take as many paid days off as we need as long as the work is done and objectives are complete.
