Voidpet is an a16z-backed company building the next big monster collection franchise.

Our first app, Voidpet Garden, was named one of Google’s Best Apps of 2023.

Now, we’ve built something far bigger: Voidpet Dungeon, our flagship RPG that has already surpassed Garden and is rapidly growing.

We are a 7-person team working fully remote over Discord.

Tasks

• Design abilities for new Voidpets and legendary items.
• Develop and execute new game features/systems, prioritizing tasks based on business objectives and user needs.
• Monitor game performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in game design.
• Strong understanding development processes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze market trends and user feedback to drive product improvements.
• Passion for gaming and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
