To this end, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.

About the position

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter with strong sourcing and account management skills with previous experience in the games industry. As a member of the HR team, this role will focus on hiring our top technical & creative talent, serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, and have significant influence and impact over the delivery of recruiting services to our business. You will drive sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with team members to execute these critical components of talent acquisition. The ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a tight timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with HR and Operations leaders to support business functions staffing needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job postings/advertising, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple schedules and projects efficiently
  • Build relationships with key universities and educational institutions and represent Virtuos during the North America region recruitment events
  • Create pipeline of candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management to bring the best talent to each role
  • Facilitate candidate experience by being a brand ambassador for our company culture, and open positions
  • Assist in identifying best practices & recruitment processes improvements
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, reference check and generating offer letters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study
  • Relevant 1-2 years hands-on recruiting experience
  • Previous experience recruiting for creative and/or technical roles within areas of video game development is a plus
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques
