Here at Valhalla we are seeking dependable individuals who are willing to learn and make others around them better. You must be able to perform and multitask in a fast-paced, yet fun environment. Responsible for food preparation and general kitchen sanitation. Must have basic knowledge of kitchen equipment including knife handling. Must maintain a clean cooking and prep area. We are ONE team, other kitchen tasks and positions surpassing cooking may be asked of you. Kitchen experience is not required however it is encouraged.

General Responsibilities

• Clean All Dishes -Operate and Have Knowledge of Kitchen Equipment
• Assist With Cleaning and Organizing Kitchen (Washing and Properly Storing Dishes)
• Maintaining a Clean and Sanitary Environment
• Setup and Stock All Stations As Well As Breaking Stations Down At The End Of The night
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Properly Label and Store Produce in Proper Temperatures
• Follow All Health Code Requirements

Requirements

• Texas Food Handlers certificate
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Available to work late nights
