Fixed-term contract (3 months)

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our hiring process. Play a key role in helping us to make ustwo’s candidate experience the best it can be. To continuously work to improve our candidate experience and hiring process.

This is done through implementation of key activities and processes. This role is key in helping us grow our business through sourcing and attracting great candidates.

Responsible for

Recruitment operations

As a design studio we care about user experience. We want all we do behind the scenes to be as efficient and as frictionless as possible. This role is about owning our recruitment operations with an eye on the people who will be involved throughout or along the way. The candidate, the hiring manager, the people team, interviewers etc. A must for this role is being friendly and helpful in enabling the team to deliver their best work by making the process easy. This includes;

  • Setting up interviews for hiring managers
  • Working with hiring managers on their recruitment plan for each campaign, planning stages of recruitment, interviewers, interview process and format, working with managers on sifting criteria
  • Offering advice on best practice recruitment approaches
  • Setting up and managing the process through our ATS GreenHouse
  • Encouraging and supporting managers with their Greenhouse knowledge
  • Reviewing recruitment ops process to continuous improve
  • Sourcing/headhunting potential candidates

Candidate experience

Candidate experience is important to us. We believe that everyone should have a good experience in all their interactions with us. This role is the custodian of those experiences. So some of the responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting candidates through the interview process, keeping them up-to-date, providing information on ustwo, making adjustments
  • Keeping on top of Greenhouse and ensuring candidates are responded to in a timely manner in a human way.
  • Ensuring all candidates have the ability to feedback on the process, through a survey or directly.
  • Quarterly reviews of candidate feedback on the process.

About you

  • Previous recruitment experience with either an in-house or through an agency
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle and manage competing priorities very well
  • Proactive, and understanding the moments where you need to apply this skill.
  • Committed to diversity and inclusion and are able to demonstrate where you have integrated this into your work.
  • Are able to take a project and run with it, take the lead
  • Aren’t afraid to ask questions but also have a problem solving attitude

  • Familiar with G-Suite and Greenhouse.

Desirable

  • Previous experience headhunting and sourcing Tech roles
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse especially).
