We are looking for a Senior Developer to join a team focused on building and delivering the next-generation of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) services to developers using the Unity game engine. Our customers have a wide variety of problems, which require quick thinking as well as in-depth analysis. This is where you step in, working to solve these problems with curiosity, flexibility, and positivity. You will be constantly learning about the latest features of Unity, helping nurture some of the most exciting games and simulations in development today! Additionally, as a core contributor to Cloud Build, you will help design, build, and deploy services that increase collaboration and reduce iteration time to the largest game development community in the world
Responsibilities
- Efficiently provide technical support and solutions for customers of Unity Cloud Build
- Solve customer problems via online ticketing, forums, and any other appropriate communication medium
- Maintain excellent relations between the Customer Support, QA, Cloud Build, and Core Development teams
- Contribute to Unity documentation, sample projects, and other resource materials
- Design, develop, and maintain new services and improve our existing services
- Operate within a distributed team and collaborate with colleagues both local and remote
Requirements
- Experience with developing games/apps with Unity
- Enjoyment of debugging, profiling, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Solid programming skills in C#
Bonus Points
- Experience with Firebase, iOS, and/or Android
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD)
- Experience working with various cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Experience with our stack: Node.js, Golang, Postgres, GCP, Kubernetes
