As part of Unity Lab's Barracuda team, you will help craft the cutting-edge Neural Net inference cross-platform library. Bringing the power of Machine Learning to thousands of projects, leading the way to new opportunities for the industry as a whole!
We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join our hardworking engineering team. In this role, you will draw upon your past experience developing Unity games and tools, to help improve and evolve lightweight and easy to use Neural Net inference library. You are a creative individual, love the realtime 3D industry and want to be part of the team that develops ground breaking products.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop, publish and maintain Unity packages as individual component modules
- Design, extend and test both runtime and editor-focused modules and APIs used by internal and external developers to deploy and run Neural Nets across Unity platforms
- Deeply optimize memory allocation and code execution patterns
- Collaborate closely with teams all over the world
What we’re looking for
- Expert in Unity architecture and C#
- Experience building, debugging, maintaining Unity source code
- Experience extending the Unity Editor
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and in person
- Solid understanding of real-time 3D technology and 3D maths

- Experience with Machine Learning
- Experience with Unity DOTS or Unity's Job system
- Built custom tools within Unity for a production
