The Opportunity

Unity is looking for an experienced Software Developer to be part of our Sustained Engineering (SE) Tooling Team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining a variety of tools that improve the efficiency and workflows of, and report critical information to, Release Managers and other teams in the Release Engineering Group (REG)! You are someone with a keen interest in developing and maintaining tools that are at the centre of critical operations. In this role you will be making a key contribution by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the release processes for all versions of Unity!

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting teams within the Release Engineering Group to be more productive by developing tooling to automate common processes and report key information
  • Supporting systems that are central to the smooth running of Unity’s development practices

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience of writing and maintaining tools for business critical applications
  • Good C# experience
  • Understanding of building and deploying tools for Cloud environments
  • Javascript experience

  • Go Language experience
