Come join Unity as a Senior Technical Sourcer. You’ll be part of a global recruiting team passionate about hiring technical roles for Unity in the US, Canada, and Europe. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening candidates in various departments for our fast-growing engineering and creative teams as well as partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to help Unity bring on the best talent possible. We are a high energy and collaborative team that loves working with powerful recruiting tools while doing impactful work for the overall business!
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with your recruiting partners to ensure a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
- Qualify candidates for a technical and cultural fit
- Maintaining relationships with internal partners
- Supporting pipelining efforts to support our diversity initiatives and support future hiring
What we’re looking for
- Experience with technical sourcing in gaming or technology
- Proven track record to recruit for a variety of roles and levels and to hit performance related objectives
- Understand how to identify top engineering talent and the initiative go after them, repeatedly
- Prior work with diversity and inclusion recruiting
- Experience with project-based or volume recruitment
You might also have
- Demonstrable track record of success in corporate recruiting
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and GEM
- Prior experience recruiting design professionals and with the ability to assess candidate portfolios
