What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with developers to define and improve test strategies and feedback loops

  • Own and evolve test coverage for XR Input features using C# and Unity

  • Balance automated and manual testing to ensure feature stability and usability

  • Solve testing challenges and unblock the team through hands-on contribution

  • Share insights, metrics, and improvements across local and global QA teams

What we're looking for

  • Strong Unity and C# programming skills

  • Practical experience with XR development or testing

  • Ability to write and maintain automated tests

  • Understanding of testing principles, flows, and continuous integration

  • Effective communicator across technical and cross-functional teams

You might also have

  • Experience with test infrastructure and automation pipelines

  • Knowledge of hardware input devices and interaction models

  • Familiarity with device testing frameworks or SDKs

  • Interest in shaping quality culture in cross-disciplinary teams

  • A passion for learning and mentoring others in QA craft
