What you’ll be doing

  • Actively participate in design discussions and conduct detailed code reviews to ensure application and infrastructure security.

  • Conduct audits of both code and infrastructure to identify and address any potential security vulnerabilities.

  • Take charge of our bug bounty programs, encouraging responsible disclosure and remediation of security issues.

  • Seamlessly integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines and automated processes for enhanced security measures.

  • Collaborate across engineering teams to enhance event monitoring, security alerting, and incident response workflows, ensuring swift and effective response to security incidents.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as an application security engineer

  • Ability to comprehend and work with programming languages Go and JavaScript

  • Possess a solid understanding of current security technologies and trends, staying up-to-date with the evolving landscape of application security

  • A proven track record of integrating security into the development lifecycle

  • Demonstrated professional experience in an AWS environment

You might also have

  • Experience programming in C/C++

  • Experience with security certifications (SOC2, ISO27001, etc)

  • Hands-on experience with API development
