The opportunity
The Unity Marketplace Sales team is looking for a Project Manager, Web Content team. In this role you will be responsible for planning and supervising the content projects that drive business growth, working closely with various collaborators to set alignment on delivery plans.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving the success of the business through successfully running project and program deliveries, who can take business and product requirements and translate them into practical plans, and lead product lifecycle landmarks from ideation planning to execution.
This role will be working in partnership with the Web Content teams, to lead and deliver content projects.
What you’ll be doing
Maintain processes and lead project management strategies to drive successful delivery of the content initiatives
Manage all aspects of the project and program lifecycles from planning to execution, ensuring quality, timelines, strategic impact, cross-functional alignment and project deliveries are met.
Lead cross-functional delivery meetings, and work with UX/designers, product managers, marketing, commercialization, content, engineering partners, and leadership teams. Prepare work back schedules, and project and product scopes to hold different collaborators accountable for delivering each achievement on time.
Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders, translate them into action and delivery plans.
Review and prioritize the web content requests, and facilitate sprint planning meetings and reports for the content team.
What we’re looking for
Strong project management skills with experience working with large teams across different time zones
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dive deep into existing processes, people and systems in order to simplify and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes
Proven ability to influence people on different levels to get alignment and drive project deliverables

Experience working directly with product managers and development teams
